Permits & Planning

Build Phase

Construction begins with regular milestone updates sent directly to you. Our project manager is your single point of contact — available by phone Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm.

Final Walkthrough

Before we consider a project closed, you walk the entire space with our project manager. Any item you flag gets addressed before sign-off. We don't close until it's right.

How long does a quote take? +
For most residential scopes, we turn around a fixed-price bid within 48 hours of receiving complete plans or a detailed project description.
Do you handle permits? +
Yes — we manage the full permitting process including applications, submissions, and inspections. You don't need to deal with the county.
What areas do you serve? +
We serve the full DMV — Maryland (all counties), Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. We also take select projects in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
Are you licensed and insured? +
